THE SPACE

The Studio is a private, fully finished, air-conditioned boutique home gym in the Catalina Foothills, Tucson Arizona. It’s licensed, insured, and materially nicer than almost all commercial gyms, including high-end boutique gyms. This is a gym-nerd setup: over 1,500 pounds of dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and selectorized weights, anchored by Rogue racks, plates, and a high-end cable system on Regupol commercial flooring, plus Concept2 aerobic equipment. Everything was chosen for performance, joint safety, and durability. One client at a time, or two workout partners. No crowds, no waiting. Just a serious, comfortable environment built to produce results.

I bring decades of experience building and running multiple boutique gyms to this project. I’ve designed, built, and operated high-end training spaces, including a waterfront boutique gym in the San Francisco Bay Area, and this studio was built with those same standards in mind. This isn’t a scaled-down version of something else. It’s a next-level private space that’s a pleasure to train in, designed by someone who already knows what elite gyms are supposed to feel like. Pictured below is CrossFit East Bay which I designed and built on the waterfront, Jack London Square, Oakland CA.
